“We just got back from Costa Rica, it was amazing. I just wanted to let you know that my wedding was more perfect than I could have ever imagined. The weather was great, the staff went far and beyond… I barely even had to think for myself that day because they had everything covered! I was actually asked by numerous people if “we paid extra for the staff that was following me and Craig” because they were pretty much reading our minds. Because of them, the wedding was seamless. I also received so many compliments on the venue, and just the convenience of the lodging and restaurants / event places the Stroudsmoor has to offer. The vendors you suggested (David Kidwell and Gary from TAG) were absolutely amazing and totally affordable, which is hard combo to come up with, especially for a September wedding. I have heard nothing but good things about the food, especially the Salmon, and my mother proceeded by saying that we had the best tasting wedding cake she has ever eaten. Everyone loved it and it was the most beautiful naked cake ever, we were very impressed with the berries inside. I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did. If I had to give someone wedding advice, it would be, “If you are just starting your new career, plus going back full time as a student, and your husband-to-be is going to be in and out of work the entire time, and you have to pay for the entire thing by yourself, and you have absolutely no time to plan a wedding and all your relatives are going to be in and out of hospitals… get married at the Stroudsmoor because they have everything covered!” But in all honesty, this past year was very rough for me and Craig in more aspects that I could have imagined, but you kept calm and were there every step of the way and made our wedding the most beautiful and fun day of our lives, so for that I would like to thank you… and I already recommended the Stroudsmoor to my friends who are getting married there. And then, of course, things did happen… Amanda had several ‘episodes’ that delayed things and required split second responses with chairs and then patience in waiting as Amanda recovered enough to carry on and THEN carrying on as if nothing happened!
