“Stroudsmoor, full of beautiful locations and extremely accommodating staff

We got married at Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor on September 2nd, 2023. We first fell in love with the natural setting and cozy reception area at the Woodsgate location while touring all of the available locations offered by Stroudsmoor (all of them wonderful in their own right).

Booking at the Stroudsmoor you get assigned an amazing wedding planner and we had the pleasure of working with both Cathleen and Malia. Malia began helping us half way through our planning process, but hit the ground running, as she knew exactly what we needed and by when. She made the wedding of our dreams happen. Having her not only as a planner, but as a same-day coordinator made a usually stressful event extremely smooth, and she was on top of every detail, from what music should be playing, and what should be happening at each time stamp of the night. She even helped decorate the venue with decorations and favors we had brought in ourselves, using her own vision, and everything looked even better than what we could have imagined.

We also had an amazing on-site floral department staff (a very talented, Grayson) who put together a bouquet so beautiful you would be surprised we only spoke to her for about 30 minutes total regarding our preferred flowers/color palette.

The night wouldn’t have been complete without the amazing wait staff (shoutout to Cameron and Ann) that were making sure we (bride and groom) were being appropriately fed and had our cups full at every point of the night. We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience, and we hope one day we can attend another wedding or event here as a guest so we can truly experience this all over again.“
