Woodsgate offers two distinct ceremony sites. The Woodland Chapel is nestled among oak and maple trees, with a cobblestone path leading to a fieldstone and cedar gazebo near a charming waterfall. An open-air pavilion serves as a backup option, featuring a fieldstone fireplace, privacy wall, and wrought iron gates, adjacent to the Woodsgate cocktail area. Both ceremony sites accommodate 75 to 150 guests.

The reception hall, a converted centuries-old barn, hosts cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the lower level, with dinner and dancing on the upper level. The dance floor is highlighted by grapevines and lights, with grand windows offering a scenic view of the woods.
