Thanks so much for the check in, sorry for not responding yesterday, we were wrapped up in getting ourselves together and back on our way home, then unpacking once we arrived, etc etc.
Yes, the evening was fantastic from start to finish! I received compliments from our guests on the conduct of the staff, the food, and the venue throughout the event.
You, Maddie, and Jenny did an absolutely phenomenal job with everything. There were more than a handful of unexpected issues that popped up during the course of the day that each of you took in stride, solving abley and with grace. From wildly unexpected weather, site changes, signs we forgot and making sure the groomsmen and myself had their Boutonnières properly attached moments before the wedding, you and the entire staff at the event handled everything with aplomb. I especially appreciate Jenny and Maddie making sure our wedding party always
had plenty of the hors d’oeuvres while we were sequestered away or taking photos.
Every request we made was accommodated and the staff was so incredibly friendly and attentive. I hope our oversights didn’t inconvenience you all too much, and if they did, you certainly didn’t show it, which helped to set our minds at ease. I am truly impressed by you and your staff’s professionalism and capabilities. I know you had to take over our event from our first coordinator, so I’m sincerely thankful for your hard work in organizing everything with far less time than you’d normally have.
Maranda and I are so happy we chose the Stroudmoor to host our wedding. You made our event something truly spectacular. We will most definitely be returning for our first anniversary, and we are going to make sure to leave a glowing and detailed review for the Stroudsmoor and it’s staff. Thank you, Maddie, Jenny, and the rest of the event staff for all your efforts on our behalf. We are so very grateful to all of you.
