Navigate Sampling with confidence! Our planners will be on hand throughout the buildings during the event to answer any questions you may have, whether that’s about the wedding planning process itself, the best way to navigate the Sampling Event, or anything else you may be wondering about.
Many of them are experienced in executing ceremonies worldwide, from Priest to Pandit, Rabbi to Swami, and even offering options like self-uniting marriage licenses. From your initial tour to the reception dance floor, our Planners are uniquely skilled in bringing your wedding vision to life.

At Stroudsmoor, our Floral & Décor Team does much more than just flowers. At Sampling, not only do you have the opportunity to “try on” different bridal bouquets crafted by our team, but you can also explore the vast number of tablescapes and layouts, centerpiece designs, sweetheart table displays, and so much more curated by our in-house designers, all located at our mountaintop venue, Ridgecrest.

Stroudsmoor Chefs are trained and certified in the art of preparing international cuisine – including but not limited to classic American, Italian, Latino, Asian, Indian, Vegetarian, Pescatarian and Vegan. Our chefs also accommodate special dietary restrictions, with many of our recipes including gluten-free options.

- Experienced Wedding Planners – Remains with you “Tour-to-Dance Floor,” planning your wedding start to finish, including rehearsal date, time, and location and ensures you are married, and that the ceremony is picture-perfect.
- Reception Supervisors – Gently guide you through the execution documents developed with your Stroudsmoor Planners
- Group Lodging Coordinator – assists with out-of-town guests, room blocks, special guest deliveries, and romantic touches for the wedding night
- Spa & Salon Director – arranges for all things beauty, from wedding-week facials to couples’ massages the morning after
- Floral & Décor Team – brings your wedding vision to life through stunning bouquet and centerpiece design and other décor elements
- Event & Beverage Management Team – support and provide a courteous, professional service staff; ensure equipment and product necessary for event execution is available
- Preferred Professionals – Hand-picked to ensure the best performance, outstanding quality, and an experience that will enhance our philosophy to guarantee the execution of an unforgettable affair from start to finish
