WW Takes a Holiday

As the holidays approach, I must turn my efforts towards making holiday memories for the many guests that will visit us at Stroudsmoor, and to the happiness and well-being of my own family. 2017 has been a very trying year for the Pirones, as we sadly said good-bye to two members of our family who lost their battles to long-term illnesses. We mourn their passing and take comfort in knowing they are in the arms of our Lord. Their present will be forever embedded in our memories, our hearts, and the history of the Inn.

As I prepare for the holidays, I leave you with the following message . . . Enjoy the excitement of family and friends, and the memories the holidays will bring of laughter, love and great food!

Our many thanks to Chefs “G”erard and David for sharing their talents in the kitchen to make dining at the Inn a most memorable experience.

And, to the entire Stroudsmoor Team, we say it is our great pleasure and an honor to work by your side making so many holiday memories for so many guests year after year . . . you are all greatly appreciated!

Millions of memories made and billions of thanks to you all!

I would be remiss if I did not thank my sweet mother – Mrs. P. – who for 34-years has cooked for our guests, and continues to fill the pots every day . . .

And, to our followers, many thanks for sharing the Inn’s activities and events with your friends and family. Your support is a blessing . . .

So, to all I say, enjoy the turkey, make merry for the holidays, and toast hearty to the New Year . . .

Send-offs of the Century

For some the end of the wedding is a simple good-bye to friends and family. For others, it is the send-off of a century! Saying good-bye to family and friends after the last dance is over is a bitter-sweet farewell. Some couples find saying the party’s over very easy, while
