I can’t express how amazing the staff is at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn. They really strive to make your wedding as important to them as it is to you. I recently had my wedding on the 4th of December and couldn’t believe the amount of detail and dedication that was taken. I worked with Cathleen and Sarah, giving them my vision and they brought it to life. The ceremony was something out of my dreams and my reception was filled with so much excitement and flawlessness.
Everything went off without a hitch and that was all due to the amazing staff who worked so hard to make sure my vision became a reality. My guests were impressed with the quality of the food and service as well as what the floral department achieved.
They work with all budgets and don’t skimp on making your wedding extravagantly beautiful. I couldn’t recommend them more.

How and where you did you meet?
We met around 10 years ago at a grocery store that we both worked at when we were in colloquial and younger.
What were your first impressions of each other?
I didn’t want anything to do with Ian at first but after getting to know him, I fell in love with him.
Tell us about the proposal?
It was Christmas morning and Ian knew I wanted to marry him. Ian wanted to propose in our home on a quiet morning before we went to see family for the holiday. He was in the kitchen and called me in for help with the cooking. When I got to the kitchen he was on one knee and popped the question.
Why did you chose Stroudsmoor for your wedding celebration?
I always knew I wanted to get married at the stroudsmoor. Where I lived I could see fireworks and lights from stroudsmoor from other people weddings. The venues are beautiful and timeless.
What was the one wedding detail you loved the most?
The romantic lights on the ceiling and the absolutely beautiful floral decor.
What was the favorite food or beverage detail about your wedding menu?
Adding on the donut wall and s’more station was a decision that I’m so happy we did. They both were a bit hit and were so cute.
